Terms of Service
I have the right to refuse any commission or suggestions I am not comfortable with.
If I don’t receive the payment at any stage, I will not proceed with the work.
If there are any unforeseen circumstances because of which payment is delayed, kindly communicate that with me and the deadline can be postponed.
After payments are made, you cannot ask for refunds, you also cannot initiate chargebacks through the payment method used (like PayPal) once the final files are delivered to you.
However, if for some reason I am unable to complete the commission,you will get a complete refund.
I own 100% of the rights to my commission, and it cannot be claimed anywhere that it is not. Every work will have a watermark (hidden, and not very obvious).
Prices mentioned before are not final and the final price may be more or less, depending on complexity.
Please allow up to 2 months for completion, though usually it will not take more than 2 or 3 weeks.
The commissions are for personal use only.
Use of my commissions for NFTs, AI, or anything unethical is strictly prohibited.
Commercial commissions will be discussed separately. Regular commissions strictly cannot be used for commercial purposes.
Some uses which are allowed include: posting it on your social media/ on stream/ in YouTube videos/ as PFPs, etc., with credits, printing it out for personal uses, and for any other non-monetized uses as well.
I am allowed to post the commissions on my social media. You can request for it to not be posted, only under certain circumstances.
If you choose to commission me, you accept my Terms of Service.
PROCESS
To place an order, use Vgen or contact me on any of my socials, and provide a rough summary or description of your idea, image references, doodles, etc.
According to your request, I will send you a very rough sketch to get the composition approved, and according to which the final price will be decided.
At this stage, 50% of the payment will be made.
I will then work on refining the sketch, the line-art, and the flat colors. At each stage you will be updated with images and asked for approval. I will not proceed otherwise.
You can ask for changes at any stage, but excessive changes may add extra fees. It is always easier to make changes during the sketch and line art stages, so please communicate with me accordingly.
After the flat colors are finalized, the remaining 50% of the payment should be completed. The final stage is rendering.

• Commercial use or monetary profits of any kind off of the commissioned asset.
• Distribution of deliverable file(s) "as-is" unless otherwise stated.
Credit the artist:
• Required for all public uses.
• Do not claim credit, ownership, or copyright over the commissioned asset.MONETIZED CONTENT LICENSE
• +50% • For content creators and businesses who want to use the commissioned asset as part of creating and distributing commercial and monetized DIGITAL content.

ALLOWED:
• Creation and distribution of digital end products shared to commercial and monetized social and content platform accounts belonging to the Licensee.
NOT ALLOWED:
• Creation and re-selling of value-add or derivative digital or physical end products made with the commissioned asset by the Licensee.

• Re-selling the commissioned asset "as-is" without any value-add activities.
